What is the confidentiality policy?
You are not required to give any personal information when using the www.Agatha.fr website.
On the other hand, should you open an account on our website, we do collect the information necessary for invoicing and delivering any products you might order, such as your name, address, email, etc. The www.Agatha.fr website agrees to share your contact details only with the third parties involved directly in the order process: banking establishment, delivery service, etc. The only case in which we share any personal information is when we are legally obligated to do so, such as in the event of a complaint, for example. -
Is www.agatha.fr a secure site?
Any information transmitted through our site is processed securely, using up-to-date Internet protocols. Any financial information is stored on the secure site of our bank and not on the www.Agatha.fr website.

At the top of the homepage, click on “Identify yourself”, then on “Forgotten password”. You will receive an email that will allow you to set a new password. -
How do I change any personal information on www.Agatha.fr?
You can modify your personal information at any time by clicking on “Identify yourself”. Following identification, click on “My Agatha”; you can then edit your personal information. -
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
All you have to do is either click the link “If you no longer want to receive our newsletters, please click here” that is located at the bottom of each newsletter, or click “Modify” in the “Newsletter” section of your “MyAgatha” profile.

How do I know that my order has been registered?
After having validated your order and making your secure payment, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing the order. -
What is the pricing policy?
The prices mentioned on www.Agatha.fr are valid only for the website and are not, on any account, to be considered as the prices applied in our boutiques. -
What is the delivery area covered by www.Agatha.fr?
AGATHA delivers throughout metropolitan France including Corsica and Monaco, the United States, Canada, and in all countries of the European Union such as : Germany, Austra Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Spain (except the Canary Islands), Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, and Switzerland. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to the French Overseas Departments and Territories. -
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs are fix at €6 whatever the weight of the package is, for all the shipment in France métropolitaine. For all the orders superior than €80, the delivery cost will be offered in case of the shipment in France métropolitaine. For the international shipment, the delivery costs are calculated based on the delivery point as well as on the order’s total weight and volume. We will indicate the exact delivery costs for each of your orders once we have the delivery address and the desired means of transport. -
Is it possible to have something gift wrapped?
When validating your order, you can choose to have your purchase gift wrapped. Your purchases will then be delivered wrapped in gift paper with a ribbon and an Agatha gift tag. -

You may exchange non-sales articles ordered on www.agatha.fr within 30 days following the date of the reception of your order.
To exchange a non-sales product that you have ordered on www.agatha.fr, AGATHA would like to propose you to visit one of our boutiques (except El Corte Inglés corners) with the invoice. If you do not have our boutiques near by, you may send an email to our Internet Department (info@agatha.fr) by precisely indicating the order number, the reference number of the article that you have ordered, and the article that you would like to have in exchange. If the exchange is possible (subject to stock availability), your article has to be returned by post in its original condition in the original packaging, along with the invoice to the address below :

What type of guarantee is offered for Agatha jewellery?
The Agatha International Guarantee
Agatha prides itself on the perfect quality of its jewellery, ensuring great care at every step of their production from design to sale.
Authentic Agatha jewellery is sold exclusively in authorised points of sale bearing its brand name. The list of addresses and telephone numbers to these points of sale is updated regularly on the Agatha catalogues and on the www.agatha.fr website.
Agatha offers a repair service whose pricing policy is available upon request in Agatha boutiques or on the www.agatha.fr website.
The legal warranty
Apart from the International Warranty, customers in France are also covered by a statutory warranty as set out in articles 1641 through 1649 of the French Civil Code and in articles L. 211-4 and subsequent of the Consumer Code. As such, Agatha is liable for any redhibitory defect or flaws as set out in the aforementioned provisions, which are reproduced in full on the www.agatha.fr website.

You can leave your jewellery for repair in any of the AGATHA boutiques. -

There are several ways to search for an item: by type of product, by colour or by collection. Just type your search in the “search” field located in the upper right menu and click “ok”. -
How can I refine my search without looking for a particular item?
You can browse the www.Agatha.fr website using the filters located in the tabs of the e-boutique section. You can also check the sections “Mosaic” and “Stylebook” located in the upper menu. -
How long does the repair work take?
You should count on an average of 7 weeks for repair work. -

Caring for your jewelry
Jewellery is delicate and should not be subjected to abrasion or chemicals.- Wear your jewellery often; the open air will help conserve it, ensuring its sparkle and charm. Enjoy the pleasure of its beauty. To avoid scratches, you should always store each piece carefully away from any other jewellery that might scratch or damage it.
- Mother of pearl is especially sensitive to cosmetics (soap, hairspray, perfume, etc.). When using cosmetic products, you should therefore wait until any volatile components have evaporated - at least 30 minutes - before putting on your jewellery.
- To clean a piece of jewellery, you should use very gentle cleansers only, such as those intended for delicate wools or lingerie, and even then use caution. Chamois clothes, designed for cleaning your silver jewellery, are available in our boutiques.
